EXCEPTIONAL SCHOOL TOUR :
Our students and staff have been fortunate to take part in two exceptional educational trips to Morocco, each offering a unique and unforgettable experience.
The first trip focused on Marrakesh and Essaouira, giving students the opportunity to experience both the vibrant energy of city life and the charm of Morocco’s beautiful coastline. In Marrakesh, students explored the bustling souks, historic landmarks, and stunning architecture, gaining a real appreciation for the country’s rich culture and heritage. The visit to Essaouira offered a wonderful contrast, with its picturesque harbour, ancient city walls, and relaxed seaside atmosphere.
The second trip took students on an unforgettable journey to the Sahara Desert, which proved to be one of the highlights of the year. A particularly memorable part of this adventure was the camel ride across the golden dunes, allowing students to experience the beauty and scale of the desert in a truly authentic way. The group then spent a magical night in the Sahara, enjoying the peaceful surroundings and an unforgettable evening under the stars.
Another special day was spent in a local village, where students fully immersed themselves in traditional Moroccan life. They worked alongside local residents to make mud bricks using traditional techniques and took part in preparing and cooking a traditional Moroccan dinner. These hands-on experiences gave students valuable insight into local customs, community life, and sustainable building practices.
