CAMEL RIDE

For a unique experience, Anzal Tours offers two options for taking a camel ride.

OPTION 1: SHORT OPTION: EDGE OF MARRAKECH:

Take some time in a “Palm Oasis”, an area of date palmeraies located in north-east corner of Marrakech.

Private transfer for you, there and back, is arranged. You will feel as if you are having an "almost Saharan" experience as you ride your camel through the Palmeraies with its abundance of tall date palm trees.

You will relish the peace and tranquillity of the palmeraies as you venture through this area, a great contrast to the hustle and bustle of the city’s Old Medina (and the air is healthier too!).

There will also be plenty of time for taking some impressive photographs to preserve your memories and impress your friends and family.

OPTION 2: LONGER OPTION: IN AGAFAY DESERT:

Around 45/60 minutes drive away to the south west of Marrakech is the Agafay Desert. Many options are possible here (including overnighting in a BedouinTent).

Again, Anzal Tours provides private transfer for you, there and back. You will enjoy  riding your camel with, on the southern horizon, the mighty and impressive backdrop of the Peaks of the High Atlas . The camel ride is normally around 1 hour (but, of course, you may wish to enquire about taking a longer camel ride).

• Taking lunch and/or evening dinner can be taken here
• There is a swimming pool around which you might wish to relax awhile
• Quad Biking is possible too (See the Quad Biking option in Activities)
• You might also wish to incorporate an overnight stay in a Bedouin tent
