All clients must read and agree to all of the Booking Terms of Anzal Tourisme Services (as in this document) before making their first payment to Anzal Tourisme Services.

Bookings must be made by email to Anzal Tourisme Services.

When about to make your booking, you will be supplied with ATS’s bank details.

All requests for modifications/amendments to bookings must be sent by email to Anzal Tourisme Services.

Anzal Tourisme Services cannot be held responsible for any problem that may happen if the customer does not receive or read carefully his/her confirmation sent to him/her by Anzal Tourisme Services.

Anzal Tourisme Services requires the following payments to be made for all bookings to be confirmed and retained:-

30% of the total package price at time of initial booking to confirm the booking*;

Full balance payment of the total package price at least 98 days prior to arrival date;

Bookings made < 60 days before the tour’s start date must be 100% paid to confirm the booking.

In case of any delay in the payments, Anzal Tourisme Services reserves the right to take appropriate actions and regard this as a cancellation and withdraw the confirmation of all the tour services/provisions. To avoid any of these inconveniencies, a bank statement of the payment(s) should be sent as soon as each payment is made to Anzal Tourisme Services.

*NOTE : Should a client wish to pay the tour price in full at the time of booking then this is an option.

NOTE : Anzal Tourisme Services is aware of the possible time delay when transferring money between countries.


All cancellations must be made by email to Anzal Tourisme Services. Please note that cancellations of passengers within a group may cause a price increase for the group or a cancellation fee for those particular passengers who have cancelled.

Except otherwise stated, a tour or package or any product cancelled without due notice are subjected to a cancellation fee according to the following scale:-

Cancellation of bookings must reach Anzal Tourisme Services 14 weeks prior to arrival.

• 97 - 57 days prior to tour start date, the cancellation fee will be equal to the paid deposit (30% of total tour cost);

• 56 - 28 days prior to tour start date, the cancellation fee will be 60% of the total tour cost;

• 27 - 0 days prior to tour start date, and at any time during the period of the tour till its conclusion, the cancelation fee will be the total tour cost, no refund.

This is valid for no shows as well.


Anzal Tourisme Services assumes no liability for injury, loss, damage, accident, sickness, delay, changes in schedules caused by weather conditions, or any irregularities or inconveniences which may occur either by reason of defect, or as acts of government or other civil authorities (war, civil disturbances, strikes, etc.) or from any cause beyond Anzal Tourisme Services’s control.

In case of any changes in flights (domestic and international), extra hotel nights, meals, transfers etc., the customer bears full responsibility for the payment of any additional fees and costs as a result of the changes, at the time the service is provided.


Anzal Tourisme Services strongly recommends that all tour participants obtain their own private, appropriate travel and medical insurance for such items as trip cancellation, medical care, baggage loss or damage and any injury or accident that might occur during their stay in Morocco and during optional tours, such as Quad Bikes, Camel Riding, and suchlike. Each participant on the tour should have their own insurance cover.

Anzal Tourisme Services is not responsible for damage or loss of luggage or personal belongings of passengers even if they are based in the coach. Therefore it is strongly recommended that all participants have their own personal luggage/personal belongings insurance or the duration of the tour.

Anzal Tourisme Services guarantees that all the insurances, that the Moroccan state requires from tour operators and travel agencies, such as Anzal Tourisme Services, are in place.


All disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved in the Commercial Court in Marrakech at Avenue Tasseltanet, Sidi Yousef Ben Ali, Marrakech.
