​This one day activity is a most excellent way of appreciating both Moroccan culture and Moroccan cuisine, hands on!

The morning activity is a tagine cookery class. Tagines, conical pottery "casseroles", are the traditional Moroccan way of cooking main course food. The class will provide all necessary ingredients and instruction to allow you to prepare and cook your own tagine. As your tagine slowly simmers over a charcoal fire, mint tea is enjoyed. Your lunch (included) comprises of your tagine plus additional dishes.

In the afternoon you return to the centre of Marrakech and visit the renowned Jardins Majorelle on the edge of the Old Medina of Marrakech. A colourful, enveloping oasis of calm, the gardens are a delight.

This is followed by a delicious rooftop afternoon tea, complete with many types of traditional Moroccan patisserie. Your transport for the day is included and all arranged for you.
